Very impressive Kaitlyn! That is so interesting that you saw a Black bird with an orange beak. I saw the same type of bird outside the classroom window. Is it the same one? What do you think. You taught me a lot of information about it so now I don't have to go and look it up. You have worked really hard today and I'm looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.

I’m really enjoying learning new things from you like today you have taught me how to tell the difference between a boy and a girl black bird. Keep it up bub

Well done, Kaitlyn, for working so hard! It's good to see you are enjoying all these neat activities. I am very impressed how you linked the story to the school value of 'kia kaha'. You also got a lot of meaning from the story and you were able to transfer that to you and how you can stand up for yourself. Fantastic thinking!
